ggk22 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ggk22 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services provided at ggk22.pro, including the online casino, sports betting, crash games, and any related promotional services offered to players in Bangladesh.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the ggk22 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the ggk22 platform.

Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below wherever they appear in these Terms & Conditions:

Player Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account at ggk22, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ggk22 strictly enforces this minimum and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering, including your true full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you personally own and control.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction previously applied to your ggk22 Account or any prior account held with ggk22.
• You must not hold more than one Account at ggk22. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

ggk22 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Players found to be ineligible will have their accounts suspended, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and any bonus funds forfeited. Real-money winnings attributable to wagers placed while ineligible are subject to review and may be voided.

Account Registration and Security

Each Player may hold only one Account at ggk22. The Account is personal to the Player and must not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials.

• You are responsible for keeping your Account password secure and confidential. ggk22 will never ask you to provide your password to any third party or to ggk22 support agents.
• You must notify ggk22 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. ggk22 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• All personal information provided to ggk22 must be accurate and kept up to date. You must promptly inform ggk22 of any changes to your registered mobile number or other material account details.
• Accounts showing no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. ggk22 will attempt to contact the Player at the registered mobile number before applying any dormant account policy.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ggk22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in BDT via the payment methods listed at ggk22.pro. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200 and the minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. ggk22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts in names other than the registered player name.
• Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• ggk22 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the source of funds for deposits above specified thresholds as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal processing pending further review.
• ggk22 does not charge Players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, the payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ggk22's control. Players are advised to check the fee schedule of their chosen payment method before initiating a transaction.

Bonuses and Promotions

ggk22 offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion. Any bonus balance not played through within the expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.
• ggk22 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered through at the time of the change.
• Welcome bonus offers are available to new accounts only and may not be claimed more than once per Player, household, device, or IP address.
• ggk22 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and withhold withdrawal of funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has abused the bonus system, including placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements artificially.

Responsible Gaming

ggk22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players manage their gambling activity. The following measures are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session time reminders — Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-off period — Players may request a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which no wagers or deposits may be placed.
• Self-exclusion — Players who wish to stop gambling entirely may request exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent closure of your Account:

• Opening or operating more than one Account at ggk22, whether under your own name, a family member's details, or any other identity, genuine or fabricated.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or device to automate play, place wagers systematically, or exploit any vulnerability in the platform's game logic or payment systems.
• Colluding with other players, sharing strategies designed to manipulate game outcomes, or engaging in any form of match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets offered on the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction through the ggk22 platform intended to conceal the origin, ownership, or destination of funds.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged or altered documentation during the KYC process or at any other point during your use of the platform.

ggk22 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial regulators when required to do so by applicable law. Any Account identified as being used for prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation, and relevant information may be disclosed to competent authorities.

Limitation of Liability

ggk22 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ggk22 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ggk22 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

In no event shall ggk22 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond ggk22's reasonable control. ggk22's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event shall not exceed the value of the wager placed in relation to that event.

Amendments to These Terms

ggk22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ggk22 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the mobile number registered to the Player's Account. The updated Terms will display the revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ggk22 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting ggk22 support.
